April 2009

The Dome, a colour version of Mount Coot-tha Reflections, has been selected as part of the 50 prints exhibited in the Heritage 21st Acquisitive Photographic Awards.

The exhibition runs from 20 April 2009 to 17 May 2009 at the University of Southern Queensland's Art Gallery, Toowoomba

The Chair is currently on exhibition in the Centre for Contemporary Photography as part of the Kodak 2009 Salon running from 3 April 2009 until 23 May 2009.

The Centre for Contemporary Photography is at 404 George Street, Fitzroy, Victoria and is open from 11:00am to 6:00pm Wednesday to Saturday and 1:00pm to 5:00pm Sunday.

Mr FourEx has been selected for exhibition in Growing Up in Brisbane - the Lord Mayor's Photography Competition running at the Museum of Brisbane (MOB) from 5 December 2008 until 8 March 2009.

The Museum of Brisbane is located in the City Hall on King George Square and is open from 10:00am to 5:00pm daily.

Natural Hues opens just in time for Spring at Graceville Gallery, Sherwood from 1 to 29 September. 10 stunning floral portraits capture the colours of light and the beauty of nature. The collection contains 10 limited edition prints available for purchase.

Shifting Focus - the Lord Mayor's Photography Competition with an emphasis on the environment is running at the Museum of Brisbane (MOB) until 2 March 2008

Members from the In Focus photography group and the Monochrome Brisbane blog have joined forces to present over 40 black and white images in Environment in Monochrome, an exhibition at  Inala Art Gallery.

Jimbour Window is among the submissions.

The exhibition runs from the 10 to 23 September.

Contrast - Brisbane in Black and White will open at Bella Arts Gallery, Springfield Lakes on 2 June and run until 26 June. This solo exhibition features architectural portraits from Brisbane CBD and suburbs. Each photograph in the collection of 15 limited edition prints is offered for purchase.

Three floral portraits have joined with works by other local artists at a special preview night at Bella Arts Gallery, Springfield Lakes.
